Strategies and Pedagogy in the German/English Classroom
This is a workshop designed for teachers in foreign langauge programs, specifically German immersion programs or bilingual classrooms with German and English as target language pairs. The workshop can be customized to specific language abilities or age groupings and covers the preschool and elementary school years. Teachers are active participants in creating materials they can use in the classroom/program. The workshop can be held in German or in English.

Developmental stages and best practices for your bilingual family.
This workshop focuses on bilingual language and literacy development. It presents an overview of current findings in bilingual research and provides hands –on activities that can be used in bilingual homes to promote “full bilingualism” (reading, writing & speaking).
