Ms. Cindy started out at 16 years old working in daycare, then pursued her education in child development and early education. After gaining years of experience in daycare and with the Federal Head Start Program, with the help and support of her mother, Ms. Millie, and her treasured family, Little Angels Registered Family Daycare in Mechanicsville, Md. began. Together Ms. Cindy and Mr. Steve relocated to the permanent location now known as Kinder Smart. Always striving for excellence and chasing new dreams, we can't wait to see where the coming years takes us all!

Ms. Lea is a very special part of the Kinder Smart team! Ms. Lea brings excitement to learning and play time every day! Ms. Lea has a special gift and every child truly enjoys learning with her. An American Red Cross Instructor, Early Child Care Credentialed, and Critical Competency Infant Certified, she is educated in the newest child development practices. Ms. Lea enriches our program every day!

Ms. Angie has been with Kinder Smart since our original location in Mechanicsville, Maryland. She is an active member of ECHOES and has her ARC 1st Aid/CPR card and has earned innumerable child development certificates as well as a Critical Competencies Infant Development Completion.
